Because our blends are a food product, we do not accept returns for them at this time. However, if you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please contact us at email@example.com within seven days of the date you received the blend(s). For damaged or defective blends, we will happily send you a replacement based on our discretion. We will require photo documentation of any blend that arrives damaged before we provide you a replacement. For blends that do not suit your taste, we offer store credit to help you find a blend you love.
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs - all shipping costs are non-refundable. We’re able to provide a prepaid return label for your convenience for all orders within the continental United States, and then the shipping costs will be taken out from the total of your refund. Please note that any orders placed outside of the United States will be responsible for their own return shipping costs.

Once we receive your item(s), our team will start the refund process for your order. It may take up to 2 weeks for your refund to post to the original form of payment.
Eligibility for any replacement must show proof of purchase. If the Vejo is gifted from a third party, it is required to capture the purchaser’s original receipt and/or order number to determine if Vejo is eligible for replacement. Without proof of purchase, the item is non-replaceable and non-warrantable.
